Academy graduate Jordan Cousins has been a bright light despite relegation to League One. The 22-year-old retained his Player of the Year award on Sunday evening, becoming the eighth man in the club history to retain his crown.
The midfielder has made 38 appearances for Jose Riga’s side and boasts an impress pass success percentage of 79.4% as well as picking up 2 goals and 1 assist.
Having grown up a Charlton fan, the Addicks will be hoping they can keep hold of one of their star men for a promotion tilt next season.

Dean Marney remains the only injury doubt for the promoted Clarets, and although he trained on Thursday, his fitness will be assessed closer to the trip to the Valley.
Referee Roger East will take charge of the Clarets final Sky Bet Championship clash against Charlton Athletic on Saturday (12.30pm).
The Wiltshire official has refereed 36 games so far in the current campaign, issuing 104 yellow cards and 2 red cards in the process.
One of those fixtures was Burnley’s 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Arsenal in January. Just two players were booked that day; Laurent Koscielny and Scott Arfield.
Mr East will be assisted by Mr Derek Eaton, Mr Andrew Garratt and fourth official Gavin Ward at The Valley.
