Unless there are any major surprises on Monday, it is likely that Plymouth Argyle will field the same team that triumphed against Portsmouth over two legs in the play-off semi-final.

Jamille Matt will play at the head of a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Carl McHugh and Hiram Boateng anchoring a midfield behind the trio of Graham Carey, Gregg Wylde and Jake Jervis.

The back four of Kelvin Mellor, Curtis Nelson, Peter Hartley and Gary Sawyer, in front of 'Super' Luke McCormick, is extremely unlikely to be broken up unless there is an injury – in which case the likes of Jordon Forster (right back or centre half), Ben Purrington (left back or midfield) and Vincent Dorel (gk) would slot in.

The only possible change is likely to be on the bench, where on-loan Chelsea midfielder Jordan Houghton is available after returning from injury and may replace Louis Rooney.

Having impressed as a substitute, the diminutive Craig Tanner may consider himself unlucky to only be listed on the bench, but could be a useful replacement if the game is not going Argyle's way.
